SHIPPING PRICES

Shipping prices are automatically calculated during checkout based on your order.

Due to different laws & regulations, I'm currently only shipping to places I'm familiar with/am sure are okay to ship to. Don't hestitate to reach out to me through the contact form if you don't see your country on the list but would like to place an order regardless :)

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

By placing an order, you as the buyer acknowledge that you are fully responsible for any taxes, duties, or other costs that are imposed during or after delivery. 

 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

On average it takes 1 - 3 business days for your order to be packed and sent out. Orders placed in the weekend will be processed the following Monday at the earliest. 

Netherlands 1 - 5 business days
Europe 2 - 10 business days
International 5 - 30 business days

 

DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS

I'm not responsible for any orders that are lost or have been damaged in transit, and if your items are delayed or lost, please contact your local post office directly. I am very willing to help and find a solution, but I can't be held accountable for local mail couriers' actions.

 

REFUND POLICY

It is possible to apply for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. The return costs are generally the responsibility of the buyer. Items that are sent back will be checked on being unused, in original condition and inclusive of the original packaging. Especially when it comes to returning prints: make sure they're in the original packaging to prevent scratch marks during transit. 

After going through the quality check, you will receive an email when your refund is approved. The refund process can take up to 15 business days. 

 

WRONG/MISSING/DAMAGED ITEMS

If there's any issue with your order due to a mistake on my behalf (wrong items, missing items, damaged items due to quality check mistakes), please let me know within 5 business days of receiving your order. In this case you do not have to go through the refund process of sending the items back, but instead you'll receive a refund for the affected items as soon as possible, or have them (re)sent to you for no extra cost.

 

WRONG ADDRESS

If you've accidentally filled in the wrong address, please contact me through the contact form or directly through my customer service email nekouhaishop@gmail.com to let me know. Please know that as soon as an order has already been shipped out, a refund will not be possible due to this mistake.
