What is the difference between an A6 and an A5 print?
An A6 print is postcard size, and an A5 is bigger, being double that. Exact sizes are mentioned on the product category page, but here is a picture showing the difference:

There's an item I know you've made, but I don't see it on the webshop
This is very possible! If there's something you've been wanting to get but don't see, please don't hestitate to let me know through the contact form. I'll add it as soon as possible, and could even notify you through email if you want.

 

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

How long does it take for my order to get processed/sent out?
It can take me 1 - 3 business days to pack your order and send it out. You will get updated once it's on its way.

Where do you ship to?
I'm currently only shipping to a limited amount of places: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, USA and Canada. 

There's a lot of countries that have their own shipping laws/regulations, and I'd rather add to my shipping destinations one at a time when I know there's a demand for it. So please don't hestitate to let me know if your place is not on the list and you'd want it to be added :)

Is your shipping tracked or untracked?
All of my shipping is tracked, with the exception of low quantities of stickers (which I send in a normal envelope instead of as a mailbox package). I currently don't offer untracked shipping on any other orders.
